SuperBowl LVII at the Lake House
This beautiful home is located in a nice quite neighborhood, approx. 20 min drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, less then 5 miles for State Farm Stadium, Top Golf fun Center, the outlet mall and West Gate Entertainment Center. The local grocery store, drug store and gas stations are approx. 2miles away. The property includes a pool table, heated swimming pool and a peddle boat to cruise around the lake right in the backyard. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at the Lake House
The space
The home has 3 available spacious bedrooms and 2 double sink bathrooms. Laundry room, wifi, TV's in each room, fully equip kitchen and a backyard with a beautiful view of the lake with ducks and geese.

All areas of the home are accessible EXCEPT for the garage and the 4th bedroom.
Other things to note
Parking in driveway, garage and 4th bedroom are not accessible. Extra pool equipment are located in the brown bins outside.
