We stayed one night. The owner was responsive and communicated with us during our stay, which we appreciated.The shower did not reach a comfortably hot temperature, even after running it for an extended period. There was also a noticeable musty odor that triggered allergy symptoms for one member of our group. Additionally, the sofa bed listed as a double was a twin-size futon, which was not comfortable for an adult.The owner ultimately honored a refund for the unused night, which we felt was a fair resolution. Guests with respiratory sensitivities or specific sleeping needs may want to confirm those details in advance.

One heater in living room, barely heated up the room - bedroom was freezing. On the picture the living room had a pull out couch, when we got in the living room was empty - we were sleeping 3 adults. No hot water, couldn’t shower during the stay. Host did fix the pull out couch, however check in was at 4, I arrived from out of town at 5ish - wasn’t able to get back into the bnb until after 7pm.

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We were unaware that the previous guest had moved our couch outside. Once you let us know, we bought a new couch and rushed over. I did check the hot water and the hot water was working fine. Its just farther away from the water heater so it may take a minute or two

Perfect for a weekend stay

Unit is separate from the main house, with its own side entry and fenced in area. Parking available at the street. We were there for the RV show in downtown so used it as a resting spot in the evenings. Owners were very responsive with my messages. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were made available, as well as coffee K-cups, creamers and sugar with granola snacks. Kitchenette has the necessary appliances needed for heating up or cooking quick meals. My only complaint was the mattress in the bedroom, seems to cave in at the middle, may be time for a new one, but overall a nice stay for the price.
