This spacious riverfront home is ideal for two families or a group retreat, featuring two luxurious master suites with king beds, a third bedroom with another king, a pull-out sofa in the media room, and two single futons in the loft (perfect for kids).

Set right on the banks of the Cowlitz River, the home offers stunning views of Mt. Rainier. Unwind in the hot tub by the river after a day of skiing or hiking, gather around the outdoor fire pit for marshmallows and stargazing, or enjoy a cozy movie night in the dedicated media room. We had an excellent stay at this property and would absolutely recommend it to others. The house was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for our visit. The highlight was the incredible, frame-worthy view of Mount Rainier—it was the perfect backdrop to wake up to each morning. The location was also ideal, just about a minute from downtown Packwood, making it easy to grab breakfast before heading into Mount Rainier National Park and dinner after a long day of hiking. Overall, this is a beautiful home in a fantastic location, and we would gladly stay here again.

Probably the best experience we have ever had with a rental property and host. The home was clean and well stocked. The location was great! We absolutely loved Packwood and all the people. The host was very helpful and responsive. The property itself was breath taking with incredible views. Also one of the few homes with central AC. Overall A 10/10 I would absolutely recommend this rental. If we ever return to visit we will definitely stay here again!

This house is perfect for a multi Gen or multi family getaway. There are 3 different “wings” that have enough privacy for you to do your own nighttime routines and plenty of common space- the great room is basically the whole bottom floor and makes hanging out very easy. We were even able to fit all of us around the big table for board games. Except my husband who was only ever fishing because of the amazing river access (the river is not for swimming- extremely fast moving and cold)

Great place with nice river access, good outdoor and indoor spaces to relax, fit our larger group well, clean and had all the amenities. I would recommend going here for nice relaxation and to enjoy the nearby trails if you go in the summer. It was very close to the town but also was pretty isolated giving you quiet and privacy which was very nice.
