Located just a few blocks from downtown Flagstaff this stylish home is ready for your next escape to the pines! Equipped with a private spa, outdoor fire pit and spacious fenced-in yard, this home is perfect for couples and small-sized traveling groups! Spend your evening counting stars from the seat of the hot tub, or cuddled up on the couch for a movie night by the fire! Close to most of Flagstaff`s major attraction and on the way to Snowbowl! The only thing we are missing... is you!

***Home does NOT have a/c but is equipped with central heating for winter months***

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-Please shower before using the hot tub. There will be a $100 fine if hot tub is found dirty.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee.
-No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup
-Pets: `All-four-on-the-floor`. No pets on bedding or furniture.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is `all 4 on the floor` this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please pay the pet fee before your arrival.

Cozy Stay

We had a great stay at this cute and cozy place! It was the perfect spot to relax after a day full of adventures, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The owners were great—available and helpful if needed, but also gave us our space and weren’t overly strict or nitpicky, which we really appreciated. One of the best parts was the binder full of local recommendations—it was so helpful, especially since we’re not from the area. Overall, a lovely experience and we’d definitely stay again!

Holiday

The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The yard was a fantastic bonus—our dogs absolutely loved having the space to run around and play. It was so nice to have a peaceful spot to unwind, yet still be close to everything we wanted to explore in the area.

Adorable Bungalow - great location

We really enjoyed our stay at The Bungalow. It is SO beautifully decorated - loved the mid-century modern feel. The yard was perfect for our dogs. We had a great time grilling and having dinner outside and relaxing in the hot tub. The location is perfect - a quick drive or walk to downtown or 25 minutes up to Snowbowl where we did an amazing hike at Kachina Trail. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very Cute Small House

Oh we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The property is perfectly described and as photos show on VRBO. The rooms and bedding and kitchen were very clean. We enjoyed sitting out back on the patio. The owner /renter took care of the little things as well -- Ice cube trays were filled and ready. There was a few extra spare propane tanks - we used one for the heat lamp. A+++ property and communication by Mason, the owner. We would totally stay here again. Location was great and convenient.

We had such a wonderful stay in flagstaff. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and close to the way to the Grand Canyon! Will definitely stay here again when I go back!

Perfect Flagstaff home away from home

The Bungalow is top notch. We loved staying here for its great location and wonderful yard. The house is well decorated and well equipped with good beddings, full kitchen, towels, shampoo, clean and working grill and well maintained hot tub. We’ve recommended it to friends who will be here next month!

Good base camp in Flagstaff

The Bungalow was perfect for our visit to the Flagstaff area. The home is spacious and the hot tub perfect after our days of hiking. Definitely recommend!

Great property with great amenities. The only thing that was slightly bothersome was a check in time that was quite late in the day (4pm.) we got into town much earlier in the day and had to kill a ton of time since there is a steep charge for early check in. Combined with the earlyish check out time, I think the owners could adjust this and maintain plenty of turnover time. All in all, a great and comfortable stay

Spring break adventure

This home was perfect for our family get away. It is absolutely charming. Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds, cozy living area and our kids loved the hot tub! We were very happy with our stay in this gem of a home!

Perfect spot for proximity to outdoor adventures. Decor and furniture is so great! Beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was perfect to end a hard day of hiking. Will rebook in the future!

Cozy and close!

Property was just like photos, no surprises and felt like home. Only stayed one night but street/area was very quiet and less than a mile to all the pizza, breweries, and bagels I wanted to get to!!! Thanks for a great place!

Great Place and location

This place was great and the location was perfect. My only issue was the dust and dog hair. I had to clean it because the dust was extremely heavy and when I swept I was sweeping you up tumble weeds of dog hair. Other than that the place was clean. I only mention it because I am allergic to dust and dogs, therefore I had to clean.
