It was a perfect quiet place to relax and focus for a few days. The little back patio area made it easy to stay put for breaks and then refocus on the task at hand.
This little cottage had everything we needed for a beautiful weekend away. The outdoor space is really interesting, we loved the moss and decor! The host was very communicative and helpful, we had arrived after a power outage and we were able to troubleshoot and fix the issue together over the phone. The bed and couch are comfortable, the space was remarkably clean. Thank you for the stay!
Cute cottage. Perfect for 2 people. Very near marina for those who want to bring a boat. We brought bikes and kayaks and had a great time exploring the area. Great host communication.
We had a wonderful time. The place was cozy and comfortable. Just as stated in listing. Basic kitchen but suited our needs. Amazing bathroom and soaking tub. Loved the back porch. Proximity was great to downtown and shops. Friendly community. Herb and arrow was great local restaurant. Liked live music under bridge. Enjoyed our time here.
A serene pocket of Minnesota woodland garden, a delightful retreat suited to comfort and contemplation, this temple/spa served us as a hop-off point for nearby state parks alive with birds--trumpeter swans, sandhill cranes, eagles, pileated woodpeckers, orioles, bluebirds, and at least seven kinds of warblers. Enjoyed the walkway into town as well, but I have to say this place encouraged us to live more by doing less, though next time we may have to rent bikes and take advantage of the many routes through hill and dale.
We had a great stay! Check in and check out process was very easy. Ann was a great host and the cottage was the perfect place for a nice little weekend getaway. No complaints
My partner and I stayed at the cottage for a last-minute getaway. The cottage was charmingly decorated inside and out, very clean, very comfortable. The huge shower was a delight! We loved spending time in the front room playing games and watching fireflies out the window. Very convenient location. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the cottage!!
This was the perfect little oasis in town to get away with my daughters! We loved the eclectic Bohemian style and the clawfoot tub definitely a highlight! We visited the Laura ingalls Wilder museum and cabin unenjoyed exploring the beautiful pond and willow trees across the way. We enjoyed breakfasts on the back patio. With all the greenery around us, we felt like we were the woods. It was very quiet and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
The cottage is adorable, the perfect space for a weekend getaway, within a short walk from downtown and trails. Or if you want to stay in, the backyard patio and full kitchen make it a cozy place to hang out.
A cute little Oasis with a private backyard. Perfect for a couple or in my case, two sisters looking for a weekend getaway. Close to all the sites in wabasha. Highly recommend!
My hubby and I stayed a few nights. It was on a main road, I guess I didn’t realize. We also assumed there would be a table to eat since we grilled both nights (used the outdoor grill). All was fine and we had a nice stay. 😊
What a lovely little cottage that is very well decorated. The property is wonderful with a very nice patio to sit and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!
Place was as advertised, a nice small cabin in Wabasha, perfect for a little weekend getaway. Really close to neighbors if that matters to anyone, but wife loved the decor and I loved the ease of getting in and out without much cleanup needed to do before checkout.
Awesome decor, and everything was very clean and in working order. Cottage had a nice central location with easy access to downtown. They also gave an excellent restaurant recommendation. Loved this place and give it my highest recommendation.
