Great place. Easy to find and good view. Very clean, very good condition throughout, all the kitchen equipment you need for a couple days. Furniture was sparse- but honestly not a huge problem for me and spouse for 2 days. Property is proactive about emailing info, which I greatly appreciated. We love Frontenac Park so we’ll probably book again - but in the summer.
This was a beautiful, clean, well-maintained property with many nice features. Spacious. Definitely recommend and would stay again in the future. Loved the rooftop firepit and patio. Great views.
We home based here for a 4day weekend golf trip. Really great spot for just my wife and I. We loved enjoying coffee on the balcony in the mornings. The road noise is real but that didn’t keep us up or anything. Really nice and new setup.
I was able to bring my dog which was great. My friend came and stayed a couple of days. There was an issue with outside access and AJ fixed it almost immediately. It’s a beautiful place and I can’t wait to go back.
We booked a weekend getaway in April and stayed at Great River Flats. Overall, we really appreciated the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful location. The views were absolutely lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the cozy couch and well stocked kitchen...it made our stay feel easy and relaxing once we got settled in.We did run into a hiccup at check-in, as our code didn’t work initially. It took about 20 minutes to get a new one, which was a bit frustrating after traveling, but we were glad it was resolved and we were able to get in.The apartment itself was nice and mostly clean, though there were a few minor details that could use some attention, like some hair in the shower and a few loose door handles. Nothing major, just small things that stood out. There are also a few areas where some added touches could really enhance the experience. The balcony rocking chairs could use updating; they don't feel safe to sit in and having an extra chair or recliner in the living room would make the space even more comfortable. A shelf in the shower, a couple more towel hooks, and charging options in the bedroom would also be very helpful for guests. We also noticed the dining chairs may need some protection on the legs to help preserve the flooring. All in all, it's a beautiful place with a lot of potential, and we truly enjoyed our time there. With a few small improvements and added finishing touches, it could be a even more comfortable stay.
We had been to the area before, but just needed a getaway for a few days. We loved the idea of being right by the water and it was beautiful. Be aware, there is a busy road between the property and the lake, and you do get road noise. It didn’t bother us, but it may bother some people. The place was very nice. Clean and had all the amenities we could want. The chairs on the deck were a little worn, but everything else was perfect. The entry doors have electronic code pads, and in the afternoon Sun, they can be hard to see. We, and several other people there had trouble with them in the afternoon Sun. That was the only real issue we had.I would definitely consider staying here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
Loved the roof top patio. Too loud to sit on our balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped. Had a really tough time using the key code pad to enter the building as the sun shines on the pad in the afternoon and then hard to read the numbers. Loved the large screen TV in the bedroom. Wish they had a lightweight blanket available for summer weather.
