Excellent spot for a girls weekend!

My friends and I fell in love with this sweet cabin, the town of Pepin and the nearby towns up and down the river. The location of this space is excellent. Walkable to a couple of great restaurants (Harbor View Cafe! What a gem!) and the marina. The balcony had great views of the river, even with the boats up for the winter, and great sunset views. The train is a frequent passerby, but the white noise machines in each bedroom made it a nonissue. I will definitely be back!

Great golf getaway

Stayed with friends and accommodations worked great. Grilled dinner one night-a little challenge lighting grill but it worked great. The coffee maker was really slow so took a while to wake up in the morning. Many trains but enjoyed watching on the covered porch.

Our first visit to the Lake Pepin Area and it was beautiful and very fun, great neighbors and location. Host was very kind and accommodating, hope to stay again this Fall.

Great few days

We were in the area for my son's wedding at Hidden Meadow and Barn. This location was perfect for that because we were only about 5 miles away. The house was even better than we expected. The weather was stormy the first night, but on Friday it was perfect. It was so nice to sit on the porch and watch the sail boats and the people playing in the water. The house was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Great spot in a great little town

Home was great and location was fantastic. We enjoyed the charm of the home and sitting on the porch. Home had everything we needed. Owners were very quick to respond to questions and requests. We will be back.

Cute small town

This was a beautiful property! Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and wonderful deck with a propane firepit overlooking the lake. Was amazing!! We had a large family reunion, and my family stayed in several other VRBO's nearby. We had such a great time in Pepin. The winery was super cool and you felt like you were in Italy. Pepin days was going on and we listened to some live music. The trains are loud so bring a fan which drowned out most of the noise.

This was our home base for our motorcycle group of six. The space was clean and all amenities were in working order. The check-in process was easy and the host was responsive. Great walking distance to the small town amenities and suggest the Harbor View Cafe for dinner.

Wedding in town

This is a beautiful property. Beautiful views. We were in town for a wedding and this was perfect for us. The hosts were great to work with. Highly recommend. We will stay there again when in the area!

Girls Weekend

This was a perfect location for reconnecting with college girlfriends. We met over 40 years ago and cherish our annual get togethers. The house was well appointed, with a great view of the lake and the ease of walking to so many destinations.

Girls Trip

We loved our stay at Villa Serra! Everything we needed for a restful and relaxing Girls Trip. Beautiful decorations, comfy, and cozy. We enjoyed the trains going by and watching the snow fall. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Would happily refer friends to this property!

Perfect lakeside getaway

House was spacious, clean, well decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our cousins getaway in Pepin. We had an amazing weekend eating at the Harborview Cafe, visiting the National Eagle center in Wabasha, shopping in Stockholm and having delicious craft cocktails and listening to live music at the Township 23 distillery in Nelson. Matt and Amy were perfect hosts and made us feel like we were at home. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Villa Serra is Villa Superb

I have never stayed in a cleaner, more well equipped and the nicest VRBO I have stayed in. The kitchen and bathroom’s are all well stocked and very clean. The views of Lake Pepin are incredible and I absolutely loved the trains (so exciting). We are already planning a return trip next year!

Lake Pepin

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Matt and Amy were just wonderful and so easy to commutate with. We will definitely be back. Some of things we loved were the cleanliness, the comfortable beds and furniture, how beautifully and uniquely it was decorated, an excellent kitchen with everything you could possibly need, lots of quality towels and plenty of extra blankets and pillows.. Although we were visiting in January,and the skies were gray, we still had a great time exploring the area. We also enjoyed the wild life. Two eagles came every day and sat in a tree across the road. Great restaurants abound. Thank you so much Matt and Amy. You have a beautiful place. We look forward to seeing it again in different seasons. Your yard was also awesome. Can't wait to bring our family back.

Perfect girls weekend location

We stayed for girls weekend and found the house charming, cozy and perfect for our time together. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of cute restaurants, shops, things to do in the area.
