Nice, clean tiny house with outdoor table & chairs on decking with a privacy fence. Felt secluded though in a neighborhood. Fire pit in yard with wood provided. Located several blocks inland from Lake Pepin marina. Host was great. Harbor View Cafe had excellent food and drinks. Enjoyed Bearfish Brew for açaí bowls, coffee & ice cream.

We brought our cat with us for the weekend to enjoy the outdoors and a wedding. Charles was able to inform us of any changes before our stay, provided us with enough amenities for our stay and provided firewood if we needed it! His cozy home is truly a gem! We’re so lucky to have snagged this stay—it’s close to everything you need from coffee in the morning, food on the go, or if you’re town to hear the wedding bells. Our cat was more than comfortable with the stay as well; enough room to roam and bird watch. We’re happy to recommend this place to everyone as this will be on our list for our future visits, :)

A sweet little hideaway that was just what we needed for a night after a wedding! Listing is an accurate depiction of what you get. Alton house is right on a property, but provides you with the privacy you need! Would 100% stay again if we were in town and needed a place to stay. The host is very communicative and pleasant to work with!

Adorable tiny home! We had everything we needed for a two night stay, including the most comfortable bed. Excellent location for the wedding we attended. Appreciate the prompt communication and ease of check in/check out process. We look forward to coming back to Pepin in warmer weather and will not hesitate to book this home again!
