Vacation paradise on Rathbun lake! 4BR, 3BA with large game room with extra sleeper sofa for the 4th bedroom, Large living room & Kitchen, all one level with laundry facilities. Huge yard to setup games or just enjoy running around. Has a large outdoor fire pit area to enjoy on a relaxing evening. Has a beautiful inground swimming pool off the back patio for those hot summer days and BBQ area. Its approximately 3/4 of a mile from the closest boat ramp or about 10 minute walk to water access. The lake is visible from the property. It also has a camper spot for those that have larger families and need the extra room! This space includes water and electricity and sewer all for only $50 per night added. Vacation paradise on Rathbun lake! This property has open floor plan for large family gathering. Sleeps up to 14 people. Great location for lake access.

We had family come together and ride ohv’s, swim, fish, and golf. It was a great place to stay while enjoying everything your home and area had to offer.

This house was amazing! Very spacious and lot of room for a large group. The pool was were we spent more the time and of course the kitchen were we have family style meals

It was great, we have already reserved the house for next year. The storm was crazy and knocked out internet so we couldn’t watch much tv which ok- we spent time in the pool. Great host and easy to chat with. Quick to help w issues. 10 breakers blown but he came right over and got us up and running again.

High School Girlfriends Reunion

Great property! This place provides all the things that we look for when booking our yearly reunion. Lots of house space for sleeping, playing games, watching movies, or cooking and eating. The pool area is the best we have encountered in the 12 years we have been having our get away reunions. Love the covered area with the bar, the table and the fire pit. God willing we will be back!

Close to Lake and pool

A great place to stay with our family! The kids loved the pool. One recommendation would be for a solar pool cover. The pool was a little chilly for me. Especially if you want to swim in the evening. We would loved to grill out, but a very small charcoal grill. The whole family enjoyed the game room! We will definitely stay here again. Close to Lake Rathbun. Loved having a washer/dryer to keep suits and towels clean. A very friendly neighborhood.

Weekend Family Getaway

This was a nice home for a weekend getaway with the family. We've stayed at these homes a few times now and have had fun each time. The pool is always nice and the night skies are always spectacular. The only minor things were that it can be loud since it's mostly hard surfaces, and could have been a bit more clean before we arrived. Also it appeared that there weren't any chlorine tablets in the pool? Could be wrong on that. But again, overall, we enjoy our time in these houses in the Rathbun/Mystic neighborhood!

You are welcome to walk the rock circle around the subdivision, but please stay off other people’s properties.
