Newly remodeled vibrant and stylish townhome. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, onsite washer/dryer, smart TVs, high speed WiFi with streaming abilities, coffee bar, grill, outdoor patio with seating, and access to 4 neighborhood outdoor pools(seasonal - typically Memorial Day thru Labor Day), tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, and other amenities.

Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Lenexa with easy access to both interstate I35 and I435.
The space
• One main level with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

• “Bedroom 1” has a King size bed, large closet with hangers, and two chairs for sitting.

• “Bedroom 2” has a queen size bed, closet with hangers, 2 lighted wall vanity mirrors with seating and ledge.

• “Bedroom 3” features desk, tv, and a futon couch. Sleeps 1 person. Room closes off with sliding doors.

• Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, and air fryer! Pots and pans, utensils, dinnerware, and glassware also provided.

• Laundry room is right off kitchen where you will find full size washer and dryer available for you to use. Pool towels, iron, ironing board are located in here too.

• Smart TV in living room

•High speed WiFi with streaming ability

• Coffee bar

• Fenced in back deck with grill and two outdoor seating areas

• Access to neighborhood (seasonal) pools (one is within walking distance) along with other amenities

Very nice place

This rental was very warm and welcoming. We arrived and there was a little snack basket. Plenty of towels and a beautiful bathroom. Awesome backyard and an overal great place to stay. The host was great to deal with as well. I highly recommend this place

Great Kansas City Location

My family really enjoyed our stay. Really great location right off of I35 in Lenexa. The space was clean and very fun design. My kids loved the arcade table.

Nice condo with easy access to the pool. The arcade game was a nice surprise that we played during our down time. Certainly would stay here again.

Perfect place to get ready for my wedding.

I was looking for a place for my bridal party to get ready for my wedding at the Thompson barn. This place was perfect. Our host personalized a sign for us congratulating me on my wedding. There is a room with makeup mirrors and mother room that had an area perfect for hair although a mirror would have been nice in there. The beds were comfortable, however I’m not sure how comfortable the futon would have been for sleeping.

Great rental in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything

Really enjoyed this rental. It was clean and a great layout. The area was close to activities and felt safe. My kids enjoyed the snacks and we enjoyed the coffee bar. The only comment I would make is the futon in the 3rd bedroom is not comfortable to sleep on as there is a hard metal piece in the middle. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. The pillows throughout the rooms could be replaced as well. But overall, a great place with thoughtful detail. Thank you.

Just Right!

A couple of friends and I stayed for a girls weekend. The pictures are exactly what you get. Kitchen was well-stocked, nice lounging areas (including a fire pit in back). Two very minor things… futon in small bedroom not the most comfortable and would have liked to get checked in earlier than 4:00. Other than that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this property. Side note… I forgot a necklace and they found it and are mailing it to me!! I know Ive been to some places where they might say they didn’t find it, etc…. This management group is awesome. I’ll definitely book here again!!!
