House was beautiful. Great job on the renovations. Yard good use some attention. Need shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms. We own a STR in the mountains WNC and our guest do appreciate having those available. Location was great for us as we could walk to family who live in the area. Quiet neighborhood was nice too. If we are back in the area to visit, we likely would rent again.

Everything was clean and spotless when we walked in. I have nothing bad to say about the property at all. It’s literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, no one is around you (large crowds), and there’s so many restaurants and shops nearby. Only thing that could be better is the check-in because our code wouldn’t work and it was hot out. However, the hosts made it right, communicated efficiently, and even sent us more toiletries and other items throughout the week if something wasn’t correct. Great hosts and amazing property.
