Make the most of the outdoors at this home's large, enclosed backyard that ensures endless privacy. The backyard beach paradise features a propane firepit where you can gather for a few evening drinks or just a leisurely day in the shade reading. There’s a hammock, a Ping-Pong table, a gas grill for warm-weather barbecues, tropical shack umbrellas, a shelled yard, and a cornhole game. Even foosball on the back screened lanai with seating for 10 around the beautiful outdoor dining room.

Inside, this lovely and tastefully decorated beach retreat features a main living area that has been furnished for group gatherings. Spread out comfortably in any of the two living areas available - one with a 65-inch TV and the other with a large TV over the beautiful electric fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare tasty homemade meals and snacks on the go for the group, including a cute coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker. The garage was converted into a kids' room or extra adult sleeping area with a 54-inch TV - now the kiddos have their own space to unwind, entertain themselves, and rest. That room features large full-size bedding bunks and a pull-out trundle bed with a single mattress. It will comfortably sleep five children or two adults. Additionally, the home is equipped with central air-conditioning and ceiling fans fitted throughout the house for added comfort. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the essentials.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a camera out front pointing at the driveway and a camera out back near the gate pointing towards the back yard. The camera in the back only monitors the gate.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
