Featuring contemporary furnishings, spacious floorplan, washer/dryer, grill, and flat screen tv, this townhome is one of our more popular choices for larger families. Guests also enjoy the private outdoor hot tub and garage parking plus access to the Upper Village heated outdoor pool. This townhome is right on the corner of Park Avenue and Upper Village Rd, making it the closest One Breckenridge Place townhomes to the base of Peak 9!
