Guests enjoy access to the newly remodeled Upper Village heated outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs located adjacent to the complex. Please note the Upper Village Pool is closed for seasonal maintenance from April 19, 2026 through May 22, 2026, and again from September 14, 2026 through November 21, 2026.

Location is great! Hot tub was great - could have been a little warmer. Kitchen not stocked well but we got by. Gas fireplace with swivel chairs in front of it was a favorite spot. Booked with plans to use loft but listing later changed to say loft not available. That required some shifting in sleeping arrangements. Nice to have en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom. Pets are not allowed at the property and we did not have one yet we were called by property manager at 12:57AM asking us to quiet our dog. That was disappointing but we did receive an apology

Checked in on Friday. On Saturday morning, we discovered the hot water heater’s pilot light was out, so unfortunately nobody in our group could shower before our day’s schedule was to begin in Breckenridge. On Sunday, the refrigerator in our unit stopped working. We didn’t discover it until later in the evening when we noticed our food wasn’t staying cold or frozen. This unit is lovely, but for the price I paid for it, at least appliances that aren’t from the 1990’s would’ve been nice. Also, for a unit that sleeps so many people, please consider providing more cookware. It’s hard to make a family breakfast with one medium sized frying pan.
5 minute walk to the lift and to Main St. Lovely ambience with the beautiful furniture, decor, and fire place. There is a king size bed in the master, two bedrooms with full size bunk beds, and a full size bed in the loft. One vehicle can park in the garage and a second in the driveway. Only complaints were there was no propane for the outside grill and one of the downstairs toilets didn’t work.

Nice townhome
The townhome has a great central living room/dining area/kitchen and hot tub on back patio. However, two of the lower level bedrooms back up to a busy,loud street but the central location is great. The beds/sheets in those two bedrooms were not comfortable. The check in and check out process wasn't easy as you have to return to the lodging office to drop off the keys.
Comfortably sleeps 6 guests; 2 per room with a full bathroom for everyone. Can't beat the location! Less than 15 min walk to downtown and the hottub was PERFECTION. Absolutely would stay again! Highly recommend!
