Great place to stay in Austin!

This property was incredible for our weekend in Austin. Brooks was a great host and the space was perfect for my brother and I. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and plan to return soon.

Fantastic Stay, Beautiful Home, Wonderful host

I booked this place for my parents. Brooks made them feel at home. The place is perfect, very clean, spacious, new modern amenities, nice outdoor space, and easily accessible to the best of Austin -- Mueller, downtown, east Austin, U Texas. Highly recommend, and woul dlove to stay here again!

Eclipse

We were able to witness the eclipse from the balcony. It was a special event and the house made us all feel at home. We had a memorable time in Austin!

F1 Grand Prix Weekend

Quirky little 1 bed house just off the MLK Blvd between downtown Austin and COTA. Great comms from the owners, no issues with access or amenities. WiFi went down a few times due to construction nearby which isn't anyone's fault except Spectrum lol. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and well provisioned, bed was comfortable. Just what we needed :)

Great place to stay in Austin!

Absolutely loved my stay at Brooks VRBO in Austin, TX! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with stylish decor that made us feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better - nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to all the attractions Austin has to offer. We enjoyed exploring nearby shops, restaurants, and nightlife, all within walking distance or a short drive away. The VRBO itself was a haven of comfort and relaxation. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals, and the living space was spacious and inviting. We especially loved the outdoor patio area, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails while soaking in the Texas sunshine. Communication with the host was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to making our experience unforgettable.
