The BeachPlumB Retreat-2BR Home in Lewes-Mins to the Beach w/ backyard and grill
Welcome to 125B Beach Plum located in the City of Lewes. Recently remodeled home with fenced back yard, patio, outdoor shower, and everything else your family needs for vacation.
Only 1.8 miles away from Lewes Beach, 4.8 miles from Cape Henlopen State Park and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach.
Walk to restaurants & shops or bike on the trial to Rehoboth, Lewes or to the beach!
Can be rented with 125A next door for more space
**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.
As you walk into the rental the first floor living room opens up to a refurbished kitchen. Off the kitchen is the hang out back yard/Deck, there you can grill out, play corn hole, relax or take a quick outdoor shower.
When you walk upstairs you will find a fully stock bathroom and two bedrooms - one King bedroom and one bedroom with two twins. Each bedroom has a flat screen television.
House Rules:
**It is expected that you treat our place with respect and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up.
**No PETS policy per Condo Association Rules
**No PARTIES per the town of Lewes Noise ordinance/per Condo Association Rules
**No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction.
**QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors.
**Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in the unit
** Grass cutting comes Tuesday or Wednesday (weather depending)
** Checkout is no later than 10am
** Guest will be charged for damages
LATE CHECKOUT FEE - $75 per hour after 10am.
**Please do not put inside furniture outside
**Should your makeup or any bodily fluids stain our pillowcases, sheets, or towels, a damage fee for each item stained will be charged to you.
**No trash should be left outside unit door or on porch. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located in the driveway.
**No clothes, towels, blankets, etc., are permitted on the front railings for drying or airing.
**Absolutely no candles should be used in this property!
**LONGER STAYS**(monthly)
-It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay.
-Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed.
