Welcomed by a snack basket, clean home and plenty of room we felt right at home! We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. It rained so thankfully one of the golf carts had a cover!

This place is comfortable, clean, and planned well. We appreciated the well maintained golf carts, the extra touches and details, and the great communication. We would stay here again. Right next door, there is a wildlife preserve where egrets and other birds meet at dusk (in October anyway).

Exceeded expectations. Dawn made check in a breeze and was very accommodating. The property itself was extremely clean, well stocked, and the exact vibe we needed for our stay. We will be back!

Hosts were lovely and communicative. Kitchen had anything you need for cooking. New golf cart was fantastic! We had an issue of one bed frame coming loose when we were there, and they had someone take care of it promptly! Location is central to everything on island. It is in the wooded area, so bugs were prominent, although mostly outdoors!

The hosts were so accommodating and went above and beyond to reach out and be sure we had what we needed. They even reached out to be sure we knew about the ferry disruptions. It was a great stay and we will be back to Royal James 4A!!!

Bald Head Island weekend

Great location for an adult mother-daughter weekend with the two bedrooms with queen and king bed. Location provided great access for all the island.
