About this property

Cozy Beach House

Cute beach themed house! Most of the home was recently renovated- brand new appliances, including a stackable washer and dryer. We have everything your family will need to have a great vacation- beach chairs, cooler, beach bag with clean towels, umbrella, and a wagon to haul it all. The beach is less than a 5 minute stroll. Our back patio has everything you need to BBQ or have a bonfire.

We were impressed from the first interaction with the host! The check in process was easy, the house was as cute as the description and the photos! The house was clean, well stocked and very inviting. The backyard patio with the lights, which we had to call because we could not get the lights on due to our group being just plain old idiots lol. We contacted the host on Saturday and she responded immediately. Place is close to Lexington for a beach day, shopping and waterfront dinning. Would highly recommend!!

Cozy Beach House!

Loved staying here. Conveniently located. Great amenities! Beds & couches were comfortable. Baby pack-n-play was great for our 1-yr old. Can not say enough about the place & Jen the hostess...very responsive to questions asked. Definitely would stay here again!

Great getaway place/location!

Really cute, very clean, place with everything we needed and walking distance to the beach. Lovely backyard as well. Great Communication with owner and check in instructions were easy! Definitely recommend. Plan to stay again!

Great location!

We stayed for a weekend in this property with another couple and had a great time. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The host was communicative and the location was amazing. Just a short walk down the street for beach access to Lake Huron and a five minute drive into Lexington for restaurants and shopping. Overall, we had a great experience.
