Summer adventure awaits at this ideally located Breckenridge residence. This two-bedroom/two-bath unit offers quick access to the breathtaking trails and bike paths that make Breckenridge a summer paradise. Located just steps away from Main Street, you'll also have access to the best shopping, dining, and entertainment the town has to offer.
Guests will check in at Main Street Station after 4:00 PM. You can park in the temporary parking outside of Main Street Station. The front desk will complete your check-in process where you will receive your room keys. Your vehicle can then be moved to the designated parking garage.
Unit Features -Primary Bedroom: King bed with an en suite bathroom -Secondary Bedroom: Two sets of twin bunk beds and a twin pullout -Living Room: Pull-out sofa for additional guests -Kitchen & Dining Area: Fully stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay -Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding unit features or availability

Guest Information -All guests will need to verify their identity and sign a short-term rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. If you'd like to see a copy prior to booking please reach out. -Valid ID required at check in. -$35 parking per night, guests can pay for parking via the Breck Park website, app, or onsite kiosk in the garage. -Guests must be 25 years or older to book. -No pets allowed. -Coffee pods are not included.
Hours of Operation: -Front Desk: 24/7 -Pool / Hot Tub: 8AM-10PM -The main pool area will be closed for repairs and refurbishment from May 4 through June 18. During this time, guests may visit the front desk to check out a key for access to the pool at a neighboring property, the Village at Breck. -Fitness Center: 24/7 -Charter Sports: Seasonal hours may vary

We had very good time in Breckenridge and the house worked out wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs and the bunks were perfect for our grandchildren.
