Seasons by the Sea: Fully Renovated Luxury Cape Cod Home

Welcome to Seasons by the Sea! Our fully remodeled Cape Cod has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and all the outdoor living spaces you need to have a perfect beach vacation. Located less than a mile from Osterville Village, Seasons by the Sea is walking distance to Joshua’s pond (.5 mile) and a short drive to Dowses Beach (2 miles). This charming vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic.
Your family can enjoy breakfast on the spacious farmer’s porch or curl up on the couch to read a book on a warm summer afternoon. Head down to the pergola and fire pit after dinner and have a glass of wine by the fire or toast marshmallows for s’mores.


Seasons by the Sea has all the amenities you could need to make the most of your cape vacation. The full sized outdoor shower and changing area is a great place to clean up after a long day at the beach. The house has a fully stocked laundry room with beach towels and premium beach accessories for your enjoyment, and we’ll leave a beach pass for you to use for your stay.


The beautifully redesigned kitchen comes stocked and ready for you to cook family meals which you can share at the banquet style kitchen table. There is also a deck off the kitchen with a Weber grill ready for steaks and burgers!


Seasons by the Sea’s bedrooms are warmly decorated and come stocked with new premium mattresses and high end linens. There are 2 king bedrooms (a master and a separate lower level king suite), one queen and a room with two double beds. All are apportioned with flat screen TVs on the wall.
