Comfortable House

Stayed with coworkers - it was well appointed and comfortable. A few things do need some maintenance. The middle bedroom lamp needs to be replaced, and the screen door to the back porch likes to jump off it's track. The AC works well and kept us cool during the first heat wave of the season. Would book again. Thanks!

Just OK

Check-in was easy but we were pretty underwhelmed when we arrived. The house has a very perfumey smell like they are trying to cover something up. The beds are terribly firm which may work for some, but we found VERY uncomfortable. There were a TON of electrical issues. Half the outlets didn't work, including all of the plugs in the master bathroom. There were a variety of switches that did nothing. The most obnoxious thing was probably that the light/fan combo in both the master bedroom and the living room would turn on by themselves at least 3x per night. We could not determine a switch that would disable the light/fan completely so we had to use the remote as the only way to control it. We eventually had to climb on a chair and remove the led light so that at least it wasn't blasting us with light in the middle of the night. No ceiling lights in the minor bedrooms and the floor lamps that were there would turn on and off randomly if they were on the highest "level". If you kept it on a dimmer setting, they would not cut in and out. The front porch light did not work either which made us a little uneasy being in a rental in an area we didn't know. I will say, it was pleasant to have snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived from a late flight. But oddly, there were no drinking glasses- not even plastic ones. Overall, it was certainly livable, but I would not rent this property again.
