Thank you for the great review. We're glad the property worked so well for your family over Christmas, that the layout allowed everyone their own space, and that the kitchen was fabulous. We hope to host you again.
I would highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a great family/dog friendly rental. Large/immaculate house with huge backyard, perfect for the kids and pups!
The house was great. We really enjoyed the back yard with plenty of room for activities. The neighbor hood is really nice too and quick drive to downtown CDA and Silverwood.
This property was better than we expected, we loved the big yard. They had volleyball and croquet in the garage to set up. It is located in a great spot to get to groceries, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.
My family and I visit CDA multiple times a year and were very excited to find a place so close to my sister that had bedrooms for everyone. The place was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Very straightforward check-in. We cooked meals every day together and had everything we needed - kitchen was very well stocked. We had plenty of space and our dogs loved the large yard. Will absolutely book again in the future!
We stayed at this home with 8 adults and enjoyed it very much. The property itself is very large, and there was more than enough space for all of us. Everything was very clean and as advertised in the photos. I had some hesitation booking when I saw there wasn't too many reviews, but don't let that worry you. The booking was as easy as ever and I was updated via email for anything I needed and all instructions. Would definitely recommend staying at this property!
We are local and had a burst pipe and major flooding at our home. We had to be out of our house for a month. We used this property manager a couple times at different locations and they were great. I explained our issue and they helped us check in early. If we had any issue at the rental they were very quick to respond. They have been great to work with!
I brought my family together at your beautiful home for a memorial service for our stepfather. We had people coming on various days and staying various lengths but it was perfect. We cooked meals everyday and you had most of what we needed. I use VRBO often for our travels and your place was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Just a couple of points for you. Table lamps in the living room would be an added bonus. Also a small step next to the master bed would be great for us short-legged folks! 😁 would definitely stay here again. Oh and your TP holder in master bath needs adjusting! Kept dumping the roll off. Thank you so much.
Just Okay - Major Inconvenience with Non-existent Support
Stayed here for a golf trip in CDA and the best I can say is that it was "alright" and nothing more. If you're looking for a roof over your head and a place that has an ample number of beds - the place works. However, as of August of 2025, there is zero (repeat: ZERO) water pressure in the master bedroom's shower. Tried contacting the rental property's maintenance phone line and there was never an answer, so I gave up hope for the issue getting fixed while we were there. So, we had 8 guys, on a golf trip, sharing 1 shower which went as you could expect. A major inconvenience, nonetheless. Tiny rant: If something unexpectedly goes wrong in the house, customer service 101 tells you to at least make your guests feel good about paying 3500 for a broken product. That didn't happen. It sucks, and we understand crap happens all the time. There are things you can and can't control... Being bad with the things you can control (like providing a phone call, text message, or any maintenance help) really didn't make us feel appreciated. Not sure what is done for pest control either as we killed 3 monster spiders (1 in the working bathroom, 1 in the kitchen, and 1 in the master bedroom). Being slightly paranoid about having spiders crawling around at night doesn't provide for the best night's sleep. All in all, this is probably the worst VRBO experience I've had but at least it wasn't serious enough, for us to ruin a trip. Like I stated, everything was just "alright."
