This beautifully remodeled Bear Mountain luxury penthouse suite has a rustic Ozark Cabin ascetic throughout and a large patio that uniquely overlooks the Pointe Royale Golf Course in the heart of Branson! It's located near Lake Taneycomo within the Suites at Fall Creek in Branson and just a few short minutes from the Main Strip, Silver Dollar City, & the Branson Landing! It's so quiet and cozy. The full-sized kitchen has just been remodeled and includes all the amenities of home! Additional entertainment features include Large LED Smart TVs mounted in the Living Room & both bedrooms, full cable package, movie library, Blu-Ray/DVD Player, Books, Table Games, and free High Speed Wireless Internet access throughout.

We personally clean, manage, & maintain this property to ensure everything is perfect for your stay! It comes fully stocked with all of the comforts of home, including: a full-sized kitchen, cookware, dishware, cooking utensils, all major appliances, and so much more! You couldn't ask for a better location as it’s just minutes from the main strip and right by so many excellent attractions, shopping opportunities, and restaurants!

The master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen, and living room are all on the main floor. The spare bedroom and spare bathroom are located on the second level.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Adam was an excellent host—he provided very clear, detailed instructions and directions, which made check‑in simple and stress‑free.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic—just 17 minutes from Silver Dollar City, 10 minutes to the aquarium, and about 12 minutes to Walmart, McDonald’s, and Family Price Chopper. It’s close to all the attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful at night.We also appreciated how organized everything was, from parking to accessing the unit. It felt like a home away from home. This condo is a great value for the area and perfect for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and affordability.If you’re visiting Branson and want a smooth, enjoyable stay, this is the place! Property was just what we expected. As advertised. Great location just out of the main "busy" part of town. We had a great time and are for sure going back to Branson again. We will be looking at this exact property when we go back.

Loved our stay!

Our group of three senior ladies were impressed with Megan and Adam's lovely suite. Nicely decorated, very clean, and everything we needed for a quick trip to Branson. We only had time to enjoy the patio deck on one occasion, but enjoyed the golf course view with lots of green trees and accented by relaxing sounds of songbirds. Would definitely return again!

Our stay at Bear Mountain was great. Everything was as described and very comfortable. We were especially happy with the bed. It was perfect, not too hard, not too soft. Very deep and restful sleep all 4 nights we were there. Great views from both inside and the balcony, clean, cozy and quiet. Located in a safe neighborhood, it was a great home base to explore Branson.

The common space in kitchen and dining area was spacious with newer appliances. The balcony gave extra space to entertain gust. Double vanity in master suite was very usable. Guest room in loft made family reunion a realistic opportunity for our group.

It's hard to understand the layout of this condo just by the pictures. The stairs to the loft are right inside the front door as is the "master bathroom". The shower head in the downstairs bathroom is very low (I'm 5'5" and it was below my head), and the bathroom is very small. The overall accommodations are nice enough, definitely rustic and only some upgrades in the kitchen. The living room has a reclining love seat but no other comfortable seating (just a tall kitchen table with 4 chairs and a couple other small chairs against the wall. As expected anyone staying upstairs in the loft does not have any privacy outside the bathroom as you can see over the railing to the living room. The location is nice with a very good Mexican restaurant right at the entrance of the complex and a straight shot to hwy 76. Check in/out instructions and communication was very good.

The property is very nice and well kept. It is the perfect size for 4 family members who need a place to sleep while enjoying the attractions in Branson. The kitchen had enough basics for simple meals and the closets were spacious enough to be able to keep our luggage out of the way. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. It was a great stay!
