This 3rd floor unit is ideally located a few steps away from the private beach walkway and has great ocean views. All rooms including the private balcony are nicely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped including an Air fryer, crock pot, electric grille and large refrigerator with ice maker. There’s indoor dinning seating for 6 and outdoor seating for 4.Has high speed internet/cable with a 65” TV in living area, 55” in master, full size in unit washer and dryer. Complex amenities include 2 large pools, club houses, tennis and bocci ball courts, fitness centers and a shaded nature walk trail. This unit has max occupancy of 4, no smoking and no pets.

A Little Bit of Paradise!

Our gracious hosts Paul and Kim made our stay in their beach condo very relaxing, enjoyable and most of all memorable! We enjoyed all the comforts of home as well as time relaxing by the pool to moonlight walks on the beach! We will definitely be back again! Jack & Diane
