This 2nd floor unit features a balcony overlooking the Olympic size pool. Guests can also enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating, jet skiing and more right from the back of your unit. Boat slips available first come first serve, and rental facilities only 1.7 miles away. Restaurants & unique coastal shopping within walking distance. This condo has a queen size bed and a queen size pull out sofa. Ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

This condo has a queen size bed and a queen size pull out sofa. Ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

What's included?

*NEWLY RENOVATED KITCHEN!!! Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances for cooking meals. Full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, range, two coffee makers- single serve and drip coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, pots/pans, casserole dishes, cookie sheets, crock pot, etc.

*Bathrooms include: hair dryer, quality towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hand soap, and bath mats. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

*Living room- New furniture with a pull out queen sofa bed and recliner. Roku TV for streaming (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video included)- Bring your passwords and log into your favorite apps. High speech WIFI and operable electric fireplace (adult use only).

*Bedroom- New furniture with queen size bed with quality mattress, sheets and pillows, accessible outlets for phone charging, and reading lamps, etc. Roku TV in bedroom.

*Balcony overlooking the Olympic sized pool equipped with a table with 4 chairs for outside dining, outdoor loveseat, two chairs with a coffee table and a tiki umbrella.

*Bistro set in the back of the unit overlooking the intercoastal. Enjoy the daily dolphin sightings from the back of your unit.

*We provide:

>Starter portions of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Depending on consumption, length of stay, and number of guests, additional supplies may need to be purchased. Groceries and additional supplies are easily accessible at our local markets within 3 miles of the condo complex.

>Toddler bed, collapsible booster seat with tray

>Beach gear- We provide beach towels, beach bag, beach umbrella, backpack cooler, boogie board, sand toys, fish gear, floats, cabana, pickleball set, and four beach chairs for your use. Please return to the unit sand free.

Nice to be in a quiter location. Trolley was helpful to get to areas with more restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the room it was just what we were looking for.

Great location on intercostal water to watch boaters and herons. Decor was lovely and every amenity there for beach including chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler. Appliances were tops. Crossed street to be on the white sand beach.

Adorable home in great location

My husband and I just returned home from our wonderful beach vacation. The short walk to the beach and ease to downtown clearwater made for an enjoyable trip. We also loved the ability to use the pool for evening swims. Our host Cynthia was wonderful to work with and quick to respond to our questions. The home itself was clean, had a comfortable bed and was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. The beach decor around the home was adorable. We are looking forward to booking here again very soon!

Pull your boat into one of our free slips (first come first serve), cross the street to visit our white sand beaches, or lounge at our Olympic sized pool with two shallow ends. Restaurants, shopping, bars, and ice cream shops within walking distance.

Beach and intercoastal access, and daily marine wildlife sightings including dolphin, manatees and shore birds. FREE BOAT SLIPS ARE A DEFINITE PLUS!!
