Amazing

This home was unbelievable! The pictures and descriptions are spot-on; the host was great too. We stayed here and did day trips to Zion and Bryce. We also did the ROAM slot canyon tour that starts in orderville, which was unreal.We highly recommend this property. Amazing accommodations and we loved the location.

Would stay again!!

Great, central locale with easy access to Zion, Bryce, and North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Without a doubt, this was the best rental experience I have enjoyed. Clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our party of 8 had all the space we needed — could have easily handled a larger group and still have room to escape each other, as is sometimes needed during extended stays.

This home is beautiful! Great location for enjoying southern Utah and northern Arizona! We were 4 ladies who are great friends celebrating my birthday and hiking The Wave and Angels Landing! Perfect in every way.

The house is stunning and perfectly located between Zion and Bryce Canyon. The kitchen is well stocked. The qr codes with instructions for everything are very helpful. Stargazing is amazing!

The Beautiful Views Do Not End in Zion

We actually cut one of our tours in Zion short so that we would have more time to enjoy the views from this wonderful house. The large deck is perfectly aligned to enjoy sunrise and sunset beyond the mountains. Weather permitting, three sets of doors open accordion-style so that the entire living room opens up to face the view. Gas fireplaces are located indoors and out. The house is perfect for a large group or family with two master bedrooms on two floors. The owner has thoughtfully supplied the house with all necessities and left easy-to-follow QR-coded video directions for all amenities. It is in a great location not far from the eastern entrance to Zion. Surprisingly, a grocery store and the Thunderbird are not too far down the road in this small community. We have stayed in VRBO's for decades. This one ranks high on our list. Spend the extra dime for Zion in your backyard.

Beyond perfect!

Nothing I can say about this house and property will truly capture how wonderful it is. Upon arrival, you are immediately greeted by spectacular views of the surrounding canyons. The large outdoor deck with the fold away glass doors made for an incredible indoor-outdoor experience. Both the deck and hot tub allowed us to gather and take in those views. The house itself is beautifully designed and has all the comforts of home within it. From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfy couches and beds, I cannot think of one thing that we needed that was not provided. During the day we enjoyed the gorgeous parks and the house was in the ideal central location for that. With no drive too long, no adventure too far, the house is conveniently nestled between it all. My daughter, 20, was blown away. She said, “the tranquility of the house mixed with the breathtaking views made for an equally relaxing and thrilling stay”. Her friend replied “Fact!” I couldn’t have said it better myself.
