To better serve our residents, this house is pet-friendly with no breed restrictions. In most states, there is a one-time $99 non-refundable pet deposit. Service and assistance animals are exempt from any restrictions or pet fees with proper documentation. House has an attached big party hall which can be rented separately for $269 a day for any gathering, birthday, babyshower events up to 30 guests. Special Treat!

Cozy sleeping arrangements, large living space, Nice neighbors, very clean, The owner of the property was extremely communicative and kept in contact with my girls including, providing his personal number if needed. This property was located centrally where it had access to all the amenities the community had to provide. Overall, would 100% recommend for anyone looking to vacation with their family.

Secluded and Architecturally Interesting

The large property is hidden from view by a stand of WA Cedar trees along the frontage road of Highway 5 and the nearby railroad tracks. The infrastructure noise is constant. The main house is impressive architecturally, and the use of space creative to result in a comfortable, relaxing home with wonderful host and major shopping just 2 miles away.

To start the owner gave me the wrong keypad code and I kept calling and texting him for almost an hour and no response til I called the actual company for them to get a hold of him to finally realize he gave me the wrong code. Also I understand it’s your property you renting but to have your own shoes out and about around the house just felt a little weird to see.

Hi Carrina, the code given expired at 4 pm on checking date. The expiration of code is for security of the house and the tenants. The new code was provided after I received a call from you and sent with in 20 minutes of your contact. The shoes/slippers are provided in the house for use inside the house or the back yard.. these are for convenience of the guests. I do not want guests bringing in outside shoes inside the rooms or having to wear shoes every time they go in or out of the house. Overall. I gave you five star rating for keeping the house clean after your party and I hope your friends and family enjoyed your stay here.

Cancelled booking on less than 24 notice.

Our booking was cancelled because the owner said it couldn’t accommodate 8 people. We had 6 adults and 2 infant children. We booked this spot because we were going to my uncle’s memorial service close by, and woke up in the morning to our entire stay cancelled on less than a 24 hour notice. The owner was very short with us and didn’t provide an explanation after asking what time we were to arrive. His first message said “we are having a party there this weekend, and need to know when you are arriving.” 3 pm check in likely means we will be there close to 3. Then after I didn’t respond in time, he cancelled the reservation and said “we can’t accommodate sleeping 8 people right now, because of renovations.”. Take the booking option down if you can’t accommodate what the listing says! Especially with 2 of the 8 being a 2 year old and 7 month old. Would never book this spot again or anything that this person SJ owns again.

Hi there, The reservation was done by you with in 36 hours of checkin time and I asked the checkin time to make sure it doesn’t interfere with the renovation time. It was booked for 8 however it could only accommodate 6 at the time requested due to renovations and cleaning being done on property to accommodate a weekend party. Hence the booking was cancelled the same day of reservation with in 3-4 hours of booking and full refund was provided. Although This was net loss of income for me by proactively cancelling the reservation, but I choose to provide good comfort and enough space to my guests rather than bad experience. I hope you understand, safety and comfort of my guests is more important than a few hundred dollar loss in revenue by cancelling a booking.

This is our family home with outdoor and country side setting for relaxing over weekends and holidays. Close to shopping and city yet peacefully located in private setting. I like to spend time in the front yard and side yard.

What makes this property unique

Peaceful, private, not a traditional home, high ceilings, gives a very unique stay feeling when you wait up to birds chirping and nice warm sun welcoming in the mornings. Evening are awesome with the setting sunlight over the trees making it a really enjoying stay during sunny days.
