About this property
Great Creekside Hideaway Rustic Cabin - Secluded, Creekside Family Cabin
Nestled in the mountains above beautiful Lake Nantahala, this rustic log cabin provides a picturesque, secluded setting without being totally isolated from the modern world.
The Creekside Hideaway has one bedroom and a loft bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom contains one queen-size bed. The loft bedroom contains one queen bed and one twin bed. There is also a convertible bed downstairs in front of a huge stone fireplace.
Modern amenities include a kitchen (no stove or oven) and bathroom with shower. Additional amenities include TV, DVD, Phone, movies, and games, but what this cabin is really all about its unique beautiful natural surroundings and things to do in the area.
A rushing creek flows underneath the rear deck. The cabin is bordered by the Nantahala National Forest that invites hiking and exploring. You will have a short walk from the driveway to the cabin crossing a small bridge over the creek.
The driveway is short but steep-so a 4WD vehicle is recommended in the winter months especially.
*Please note, this cabin does not offer internet*
