Sleeps four with queen size bed in bedroom 1, two twins beds in bedroom 2 and fold-out couch in living room. Large screen TV in living room with full DISH cable. Private balcony off bedroom overlooking small stream and large front porch with swing. Close to outdoor activities, Bryson City and gaming / cultural activities at Cherokee.

After hiking the Smokies for many years I discovered the Bryson City / Deep Creek area in 2012 and fell in love with it so much I decided to relocate here. Found my dream home which included a guest house which I have decided to rent out part time. Absolutely love all the beautiful scenery and outdoor activities.
Why they chose this property
At 3000 feet elevation this place has beautiful views of the mountains and spectacular sunsets. The central location to rafting, boating, hiking and Bryson City couldn't be better.
What makes this property unique
In less than 20 minutes or less you can get to Nantahala National Forest hiking, Fontana Reservoir boating / fishing, trout fishing in numerous creeks, kayaking / rafting at the Nantahala river, Smoky Mountain National Park hiking / tubing at Deep Creek and lots of fun activities and good food / drinks in Bryson City.
