Family reunion

The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The listing said hot tub and the photo shows a pool, but it had neither. Nevertheless our stay was good.

Great homebase for weekend in Lexington

This is a great location to enjoy a weekend in Lexington. The house is very clean and plenty of room for 8 people. It is well equipped with everything you would want in your own home. Nice quiet neighbourhood and enjoyed the fire pit in the spacious backyard.

Great host, very spacious house.

Cute yet very spacious and very well furnished house located in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner is very responsive and quickly addresses anything needed. Would definitely stay again at this property or any property owned by Jeremy.

Great House Great Location!

Of all the vacation rentals we've stayed at, this place felt the most like home. And with 10 adults there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean, in a great location for the places we wanted to visit and super easy check-in/check-out. Although Jeremy was out of town and in a different time zone there was no issue with communication. And happily offered recommendations for places to go/things to do. Our group agreed we would recommend this house to anyone and would gladly reserve it again in future. And for anyone staying at this house in future, make time during your stay to visit and see the Keeneland Race Track!

Great house

Clean, modern, comfortable and well furnished. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils and pans. Large bedrooms. Loved the back patio with large table. Very responsive host

Hello, we are the Barker family. We are a Utah family that have a vacation/ Short term rentals in Utah and Kentucky. We refer to both of these states as home and love what each of them have to offer. Our kids are growing up and we enjoy traveling enjoying every minute with them before they leave the nest. We build each of our homes out just as if we are staying in them full time. We like comfortable couches, good cookware, appliances and tv's in each room, and more importantly super comfortable beds, pillows and linens, We try and create something special that captures the area the homes are in. We hope you enjoy our homes as much as we do.

527 Estrella is the perfect spot in Lexington. It is truly 5-10 miles from anywhere you you need to get to such as the airport, Keeneland racetrack, Kentucky Horse park, or downtown for some great dining. We have built out this home like ones we like to stay in, we don't expect you to have junky furniture, terrible mattresses, linens and pillows. We travel a lot and we know what we like is usually what most people enjoy too.

Great fenced yard, big backyard with shade sails, lounges, dining tables and firepit. Kick back relax and enjoy a nice glass of bourbon after a day on the bourbon trail, the races or competing at the horse park.
