Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. The checkout time is at 10 AM. If you aren't out of the house by 10:00 AM you will be charged a late fee of $100. Please be considerate guests!:) I truly appreciate it.
2. Check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix, HBOMax, or other streaming platform.
3. Before you leave, please lock the door and windows are shut.
4. Make sure all the furniture is in its original location and all games are placed back intact.
5. Please let me know when you are leaving. The extra time can help my staff keep everything spiffy.
