Experience the charm of The Cottages: The Chesapeake, The York and The James are designed to a spacious three-bedroom accommodations that line quaint streets at the resort with welcoming front porches complete with rocking chairs and copper roof details. Perfect three-bedroom unit minutes from Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, and lots of shopping in historic Williamsburg featuring the Outlets. Truly a private residential experience.

I have owned this timeshare since 2008 but this is the first time renting on my own. The rental fees for the agencies have skyrocketed so I'm trying to rent direct at a lower cost. That's the reason the property had no reviews yet. Please consider being my first review:) Thank You!!
