There is no better spot to be in Madeira Beach - top floor spacious condo with an amazing balcony for coffee early and happy hour late. Fully renovated in 2022 and a short walk to Madeira Beach & all of the local hangouts. When you're tired of the sand, enjoy the heated pool & hot tub. Clubhouse, grills and exercise room available to guests. Short drive to several favorite spring training games (Phillies, Yankees, Blue Jays, Orioles, and the Pirates are all within an hour). Busch Gardens & Tampa International Airport is 45 min drive. Parking spot included. Minimum 30 day stay required.

The complex was well maintained and quiet.Nice size unit with great views.We loved the location in that it was 2 blocks from the water and walking distance to bars and restaurants.The host was easy to contact and returned texts and/or calls immediately.we would definitely stay here again.

Ideal beach access location

We spent 7 weeks at this lovely condo, just a 10 minute walk to Madiera Beach. It was easy to drive other points of interest in the Tampa Bay area. Condo was well appointed for a longer term stay. Updated kitchen and bathrooms were particularly nice.

Fabulous Condo

Fabulous condo, newly renovated. The views from the balcony over looking the bay are magnificent. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants to enjoy and shopping near by. This is a very well run condo, fully equipped and beautiful pool. The owner was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely go back.

We're a military family stationed overseas who loves Florida local beaches, spring training baseball and a Florida casual culture. We try to get back to our home base as much as possible but it's hard to make it happen right now. We hope to share our condo with snowbirds, baseball fans and families who may be able to work remotely.

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet community with kind neighbors, a great location for getting in & out of Tampa and convenient amenities. Avoid the tourist congestion of Clearwater Beach and St. Pete's Beach. Madeira Beach is a local spot with great restaurants, bars and live music.

What makes this property unique

Most Madeira rentals have not been renovated recently and/or have suffered from the high turnover of short-term rentals. All Boca Vista condos are a minimum of 30 day stay so it caters to families, retired folks and long-term renters.
