Cozy Home
We enjoyed our stay. The mobile home was clean, well-maintained, and decorated for Christmas. The host was friendly, informative, and helpful.

Great stay!
House is a trailer for reference. Very clean and well kept. Beds were comfy and very convenient to Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. There is a map with waterfalls and it was very useful. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful views all around. We’d definitely come back.

Very good, basic lodging
We thought the place was great. If you are looking for fancy, look elsewhere, but if you want a clean, spacious, inexpensive place to stay this is the ticket. The neighborhood was quiet and it has a nice deck, outdoor grill, and a place for a wood fire. Wifi and cable TV worked well as did everything else.

Inside was decent. Outside pictures were misleading.
This is a trailer in a trailer park. There were actual junked vehicles in the property yard. While the inside pictures matched the outside pictures were carefully cropped. There was hair in the second bathroom shower. There wasn't enough hot water for barely one person to shower much less two in a row, not to mention hardly any water pressure. Sections of the floor felt like it was going to fall in when you stepped on it.
