Cochran Farm House is a 80 year old home built by my husband grandfather it’s very old and unique it’s very private on a private lot over looking Great Smokey Mountains in Bryson City I’m 3 minutes drive to Bryson City and all the activities in town of Bryson and I’m 2 minute drive to Great Smoky mountains Railroad depo and about 2 minutes drive from deep creek park I’m about 10 minutes drive to Nantahala outdoor center I’m 10 minutes drive to the Casino our home is very peaceful and private

Nice Cozy Farmhouse

The host was very responsive and flexible with our changing arrival time. Everything was great at the home and we had a good night's sleep. We appreciate the host turning on the heat prior to our arrival as the area had a cold snap that weekend. We definitely book again if back in the area.

A precious gem!!

The home is a little glimpse into the historic happenings of this gem of a town. Tucked away just on the outskirts of town in a quiet hallow. The owners have maintained this 80 year old house with today’s modernizations however keeping the charm of its time. They added to its obeisance by dressing it with Christmas lights and decor celebrating the season. It truly felt like home. I will, without doubt, be contacting the owners for a rebooking when I plan my next adventure to Bryson City.

Nice little place close to town

The place met all our needs, except the steps going into the cabin are a bit steep. Otherwise it was just fine. Tammy was quick to help me with the lock box I could not figure out! She was awesome!
