Peoria is known for its historical homes and its small charming town. We wanted to showcase our unique home and bring a gorgeous farm style twist to it. Come, stay in our home and experience a stay to remember!

Located in the heart of Peoria, you are only:

Equipped with August Smart Lock. Guests have the option to download the August Lock App to gain bluetooth keyless entry, or guests will be provided with their own personalized code.

To ensure the safety of guests, host, and cleaners, we have installed an outdoor security camera. There are no recording devices inside the home.

This home is proudly smoke-free. We take this rule extremely seriously. Smoking includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, cloves, etc. Violators will be expected to pay a $300 non-refundable Ozone cleaning fee.

When booking, please ensure you include everyone in your reservation. Extra guests will be expected to pay a fee/night of stay.

We also have a strict pet policy. Please message the host for more information.
