Beautiful, Relaxing Farm Retreat with amazing grounds

This is the perfect place to stay alone, with family or friends. This 2 bdrm-1 bath has been completely renovated to provide a peaceful and relaxing respite from the bustle of life. This studio sits on 28 majestic acres. Do nothing but relax or schedule added events on the property from finding fresh chicken eggs and scrambling them up for breakfast, meet the 4 mini donkeys and 2 baby goats, schedule time with the horses or book a family photo session of your trip with our photographer. This 1,600 sq ft retreat sits up above the garage. It has its own separate entry from the outside. The only way to access the retreat is from the stairs. It is not accessible for wheelchairs or for people who are unable to confidently go up and downstairs. The retreat overlooks the property. It is both beautiful and serene!

Beautiful farm, quiet, serene, with lots of wonderful animals....the VRBO was quiet and well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were gracious, communicated well, and treated us like family while we were there. We had our family pictures taken and the photographer was phenomenal. We cannot wait to see the pictures of the memories we made there.Although it is a farm, it is convenient to town. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in this area. I would recommend highly to anyone needing a place to stay in Spring Hill.

Don’t think twice, just book itI didn’t know what to expect from a farm stay, but this place blew us away. The hosts are the kind of people you feel lucky to meet, and the property itself is something special — a legitimate working equestrian farm with wide open views that make you forget the real world exists. The kids were in heaven with the chickens, goats, horses, and donkeys roaming around.And then there’s Poncho. The baby donkey.We’ve been home for days and the kids are still talking about him. Hands down one of our favorite family trips.

This is such a beautiful, welcoming and nurturing farm and the cottage was spacious, stocked, clean, modern, and just great. We stayed for 5 days and I wish we stayed longer to really enjoy the grounds. Beautiful horses, goats, donkeys, chickens, and dogs that are so friendly. The owner was wonderful to work with. The whole experience was far more than I expected and Tina made everything easy and comfortable for us. She even offered to deliver fresh eggs to our front door and they were delicious. A

Tina and her family are great hosts. The working farm is a great escape, but still convenient to Spring Hill, Franklin, and greater Nashville. The farm animals and the 30 acres were loved by our 7 and 11 year old children. Donkeys and goats roam the property and are friendly / fun to feed and pet. The horses and Highland cows are amazing and Tina and her family provide extra touches - like a Christmas tree since we stayed over the holiday - that make the space feel warm and homey. Great stay and will book again.

Loved our stay!

Me and a friend stayed in this beautiful cottage and we enjoyed everything about it! The place was beautiful and clean, inviting, had everything we needed, it was fun seeing all the animals, and Tina was a wonderful host! You won’t find a better place in this area I’m sure! Country Living in the City

Excellent farm retreat

Tina is an amazing host. My oldest daughter is a pre-vet major at Kansas State. Tina took us all around the farm, introduced us to all of the animals, let us help feed and collect eggs. The apartment is so nice! Beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating and the beds are so comfortable. Any family would love this retreat!!

Relaxation on the Farm

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed all the animals during our down time. My daughter enjoyed feeding the donkeys and horses carrots each day when not on the softball field. It brought back childhood memories being on the farm in PA. It was a relaxing trip and if in the area again we will definitely book another stay.

Peaceful Paradise

Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful farm! Owners were amazing and the property was perfect with all the farm, animals and the neat cottage! It had such a good feel! We had 10, 11 and 12 year old girls and it was great for them to get outside, run around and interact with the animals! Their dog even had the same name as our dog which was definitely a sign we were supposed to be there! They even brought us delicious farm fresh eggs that we enjoyed each morning for breakfast! We will surely be back!

Our new happy place

We had the best vacation there! Courtney, Carly and Leno were all amazing to us! They were so inclusive with letting us go with them to feed the animals! The gave us the back stories of their rescue animals and let us spend as much time with the miniature donkeys and goats that we wanted! We definitely fell in love with the goats, Gracie and Frankie and with their miniature donkeys, Truffles, Jewels, Penelope and Kimber...sweetest girls ever! Our son was super excited when Leno asked him if he would help him round up a stragler chicken back to the coop. The horses were absolutely amazing too! We loved going down to see Smokey and Ruby.The rental was absolutely amazing...it is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and very inviting. There was nothing better than looking out the windows and seeing the animals! We loved it there so much that we really didn't care to venture out that much, we just enjoyed the calm of the farm and the animals. We give it 100 out of 10 stars and can't wait to come back again! #cityslickers
