Beautiful home in a great location, close to the downtown square. The layout was excellent and offered plenty of space for our family. The owner/host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to communicate. Highly recommend!
This charming home is within walking distance to all the shopping and Christmas festivities that the Columbia Square has to offer. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed with everything you need if you wish to cook. The entire home is beautifully decorated, cozy, and peaceful. We loved our stay!
This place has everything a family of 4 could possibly need, including enough space to stay cozy and watch a movie or spread out to separate spaces for alone time. The owner was extremely responsive, the place was squeaky clean and adorably decorated, and conveniently located near everything Columbia has to offer!
It’s a lovely house, felt spacious and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything I needed. Would suggest a big plastic bowl for popcorn and a few plastic glasses for kiddos. We hope to be back in the summer.
The house was perfect for my husband and I. We had a 14 hour drive to Tennessee and some lengthy drives to activities while there. Our son was married Saturday in Columbia, that is why we chose it. The house was beautiful, comfortable and immaculate. Everything we needed was there. Holly was very nice and helpful. I would give more stars if possible.
My elderly mother, husband and I stayed at this property for a four day trip to visit my brother and his family.
Communication was outstanding as soon as I booked I received a message from host Holly.
The home is just as described. Comfortable and welcoming.
The decor is really nice and everything has its place.
Holly makes everything clear and concise. We had zero trouble checking in and checking out.
We will book this property again on further visits to Columbia.
My husband, daughter and I stayed a week here and wish we could have stayed longer. The entire place was clean, organized and well decorated. I was able to cook several meals in the kitchen that was stocked with all necessary cookware. The wifi was able to support 2 working adults and our daughter doing on-line school. We had plenty of room to spread out while working. We tried to go to a nearby tulip farm, but it was closed. So we will have to make another trip and stay here again. :)
Cleanest property I’ve ever seen! Convenient to the wedding venue we were in town for, and the host provided recommendations for the area. Would definitely recommend!
Little gem in Columbia! Even better than the pictures! Located @1/2 mile drive to the square on a charming, safe, neighborhood street with beautiful landscaping. Home is equipped with more than you need.. easy to settle in and relax after a busy day!
The Maple Roost did NOT disappoint! Rhe home was extremely clean. The decor was perfect. Truly felt like home. The layout was wonderful. It was just me and my husband, but if traveling with kids, the double living areas would be a huge bonus! It had everthing we needed! The location was great for exploring the quaint downtown area. Perfect little stress free getaway for us!
Once upon a time, there were 3 girls who met when they were 11 years old. They all lived on the same street in Columbia, TN. They all grew up and moved away, but they have remained friends (and held a fondness for Columbia) for 60 years! This weekend, they returned to Columbia to celebrate Easter with other friends and relatives. Lucky for these 3 girls they rented the Maple Roost - a most charming home, in a perfect location, and it was equipped with every convenience anyone could want. And luckier still, the property owner was the sweetest and most accommodating host ever!!!We are looking forward to our next stay at the Maple Roost . . . and we highly recommend it for anyone in the area! FIVE STARS all the way!
We loved our time in Columbia while on a business trip! The house was in a perfect location and was the most perfect place to stay. The home provided all the comfort we could possibly imagine and even got to have fresh eggs provided by the owner. The property made our work trip cozy while away from home. Hope to go back!
Great and very warm and comfortable. Family visited there with us had great time. Good distance from town but close enough for a great healthy walk along the river.
We booked this home for a wedding weekend in Lewisville. The host was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The home is decorated so cute and there wasn't a single thing that we needed that they didn't have available for us. They left us a cute little basket of farm fresh eggs and snacks. I have stayed in many short term rentals and this is definitely at the top of my favorites list! The ONLY downfall is the parking space was a little tight for the gigantic SUV I rented and someone parked on the street - but most of that was probably on me :)
The house was beautiful, clean and very nicely equipped!!!!! Plenty of space and lots of closet space for our luggage’s! It’s a very short walk into town which was perfect for us!!!!!!
My father, teenage son and I stayed in this lovely two bedroom home. There was space enough for everyone, and it suited all ages. The location was quiet and felt very safe. From the house, we enjoyed walking down toward the courthouse and visiting the Polk House. We hope to visit again.
Our stay at Maple Roost was perfect. There was plenty of space for the three of us. The home was beautifully decorated. Communication was clear and simple and so many of the tiny details were provided to ensure we had a lovely stay. We hope to stay here again next time we visit.
Two buddies and myself were in town for the Muletown Pipe Show and absolutely loved the Maple Roost. It was like a home away from home. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again!
