Put the thermostat at 72 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time is 10 pm.
A maximum of 4 vehicles can be parked on-premises. Parking on the road is not allowed. No RVs, campers, or trailers.
We have a strict no pet or smoking/vaping policy. Violating either rule will result in a $500 charge.
