Our home is 6 miles from Downtown, 6 miles from NC A&T, 8 miles from UNCG, 6 miles from Tanger Center, and 10 miles from Greensboro Coliseum. Our home has 3 bedrooms and a very spacious living room making it a comfortable stay for up to 6 people. Shops, restaurants, and stores are all within a short driving distance. This is the perfect spot for family and friends and you will love this home away from home in Greensboro, NC

You'll have access to the entire property of this 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom home. Our home comes with high speed internet, Roku TV in living room, TV with Firestick in master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, back deck, and fully fenced in back yard.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed to sleep 2, 40 inch tv with Firestick, 1/2 bathroom, towels, and linens.

The second bedroom has a queen bed to sleep 2.

The third bedroom has a queen bed to sleep 2, tv with Firestick, and is across from full bathroom with tub/shower.

The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, glassware, plates, utensils, and a Keurig. There is a beautiful dinner table to enjoy eating with family and friends which has the capability to be expanded.

The living room is equipped with a Roku TV for guests to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc through your own personal account. An antenna is also provided to watch local channels. Living room is furnished with large sectional to provide guests with maximal comfort.

Cozy place

Nice place. Only thing needs fixing is the cement in the front. Flooded when it rained hard and we couldn’t get out without our feet getting wet..

Small and comfy

House is cute. Small but perfect for what we needed. Price was excellent as well. Was visiting for Nationals Swim meet. Had 3 families all together so the 3 rooms where great. Beds are comfortable. Could use 2 more chairs for the table. The wifi was spotty in the house and didn’t keep a good connection for the tv but we worked around it and wasn’t a big issue. Place was clean and owner very easy to communicate with. I would stay again.

4 man golf trip

Place was good for 4 men….one guy slept on couch. Landscape and back patio area was pretty rough. We would have like to have had a better patio area to hang out for a relaxing beverage in the evenings, but we managed. Bed and bath areas were updated. Kitchen area could use some upgrade, but again, we managed just fine and the price was probably in line with what the property offered. Overall this meet our needs just fine.

Property could definitely use some maintenance. Good thing street has little traffic, backing out of the driveway was adventurous, garbage that was left in the recycling bin most have been there for weeks, as it had maggots crawling all over it. It is adequate it you have low expectations, would not stay there again Not at that price.
