Beautiful, newly remodeled 1,400 sq ft 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront home located on Vina Del Mar island. Bright, open floor plan with fantastic kitchen and living areas. Enjoy scenic views of dolphins playing and gorgeous sunsets while relaxing in the outdoor living area with swimming pool and dock. This coastal chic home is less than a 10-minute walk to the pristine beaches of Pass-a-Grille, located at the southern tip of St. Pete Beach! Each bedroom features a comfy memory foam, king sized bed. Bring your swim suits--beach towels, pool floats and paddleboard provided!

Perfect Vacation!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at this amazing home. Very clean, bright and spacious. The pool area was quiet and private. It was beyond our expectations and the location was just beautiful. Walking to the beach was very quick and easy, the area offered shopping and many options for eating out. Owners Dave, Ally and adorable son Jack were wonderful and immediately took care of a couple of minor issues we had. Overall, my sister and I hope to come back for another wonderful and relaxing vacation! Gloria & Donna

An incredible 5 week stay!

I really do not know where to start on what a fantastic home this is. The owners are more than accommodating and responsive to any need we had, truly the most hospitable hosts I've ever encountered. This home is immaculate and if you like to cook, the kitchen will not disappoint! The most difficult decision daily was to hang by the pool or walk ten minutes to the beautiful beach. In addition, we enjoyed using the 2 paddle boards that were provided. The location of this home in the neighborhood is perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. We look forward to hopefully renting this home again, our family made great memories here.
