Excellent location! Great Safety and Convenience await you in Kirklands Kingsgate neighborhood - minutes from downtown Kirkland, Totem Lake and quick access to Bellevue/Seattle via I-405 & WA-520 (15 mins to either location)

Ideal for large families, corporate business travelers, or large groups! You can comfortably sleep 9 people, and entertain in the spacious patio outside.

Quiet residential neighborhood. Home sits on a Cul-De-Sac, full of large single family homes. Safe and secure parking for up to 4 vehicles in Garage and Front Driveway
Please see our strict house rules in place to keep the highest quality for all of our guests:

-No smoking or use of drugs allowed
-No parties or events allowed (must be pre-cleared with Host/Property Owner, insurance deposit required)
-Check-in time 4pm onwards
-No extra/Overnight guests ( Have more guests than listed in reservation or if the number doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel reservation)
-No mail delivered here ( unless personally arranged head of time)
-No moving/rearranging furnitures
-No unplugging all the electronics like TVs, lamps, etc.
-No pets
-No Disrespecting/disturbing the neighbors
-No loud music after 10pm
-11am is check out time

The house is spalling, very comfortable and lits of room for a large group. We could have used a few more blankets, but otherwise great. The beds and pilliws were especially comfortable!

The property was amazing with super clean rooms and great amenities! Bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly as well. The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive. It was a great pleasure to spend a weekend for a family and friends gathering at this place. Highly recommend it.

Great house for a group

We were a large family group in town for a wedding. This house is great for that kind of stay. Owner was helpful and responsive, property was in very good condition. We will stay here again.

Specious location

This property was perfect for our family. Clean, in a convenient location, neighborhood was nice, and host was always prompt on response with a resolution. We would highly recommend this location if traveling with family or adults. Everyone in your party will have adequate space to rest and relax.

Great House with everything that you need

What a great stay. Love the use of a garage to use since it was pouring rain. It made loading and unloading a breeze. They had Christmas decorations up and it was so festive and warm. They have lots of dishes, spices and extra kitchen items so we were able to make some great meals. Muni was a great host. Check in was a breeze. I would stay here again for sure.

Ratify large home with lots of room!!

This place had basically (2) primary suites. One upstairs and one downstairs. More than enough room for our group with a large sitting room, large living and dining room, and very spacious kitchen. It also has a great back yard with a BBQ, deck, and nice sitting area. Highly recommend!

Everything was EXCELLENT, CLEEEAN, and CONVENIENT. Owner was responsive at check-in and check-out. Very easy to drive into Seattle to see sites. Home close to grocery store, shopping, restaurants. Everything worked and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and baking/cooking gear. Wonderful backyard with working grill. Super comfy, high grade beds and bedding. Felt safe and calm in the vicinity. Very nice place. Will definitely book again!

Great location in Kirkland; close proximity to Sixty Acres Park

We traveled to Seattle for ECNL Soccer Playoffs. i was warned that traffic in Seattle could be a bear, and encouraged to stay in Kirkland. We hit the jackpot with this house. Immediately upon booking, Muni was super responsive…answered any questions I had right away. House has been recently renovated with beautiful bathrooms, ample kitchen space, and a beautiful backyard to enjoy Seattle evenings. We could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely return the next time we are in Seattle for playoffs!

Great home in Kirkland!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Kirkland. The house is open and spacious with an updated and modern feel. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and the bathrooms are very nice. The house has an amazing deck and backyard and the area is nice and quiet, yet close to restaurants and shopping. The owner was very responsive and accomodating. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a house in Kirkland!

Great house for extended family gathering!

This property was a great place for our extended family gathering for a wedding in Woodinville. The interior was recently updated, had new amenities and a nice backyard. The host was readily available by phone call when we had difficulty with the electronic door lock and then we were fine for the weekend. We were respectful of keeping noise to a minimum and limited # of cars in driveway as it is located in a residential neighborhood. Only suggestion would be to maybe add blowup mattresses for the loft area as we brought our own for the kids.

Beautiful clean house in SAFE neighborhood

This property was IMMACULATE! I don't know how long ago it was remodeled but everything was perfectly clean and spotless! The host was very easy to get a hold of and communicated wonderfully the whole time! All of the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were super soft. We also felt very safe and secure in this neighborhood, and in fact forgot to lock the car half the time and nothing happened... I wish I could say the same for my brother's neighborhood where our car was ransacked after being outside for just 1 hour while we visited for his wedding party... thank God we didn't have anything in it! We definitely want to visit the Seattle area again and we plan on staying at the same place!
