Captain Cecil Leicht has been fishing and hunting since before he could remember. In 2022, he suffered a life altering family tragedy. Coming out of that he was led to South Texas, especially the Port Mansfield area, where he had been coming to fulfil his love of fishing and hunting for years. It was only natural that himself, wife, and family moved full time down to the area. When Captain Cecil is out in the wild guiding clients, his wife Emily manages their properties along the Texas coast.

We chose this neighborhood because the house is in an incredible location. It is literally 30 seconds away from the harbor boat slip, walking distance from one of the best bait shops in port, and less than 5 minutes away from any other boat launch.

Not only does our property appeal to the avid fisherman and hunter due to its close proximity to the best boat launch in port, but we ensure that it has a comfortable, home away from home feel to it. We want to make sure that absolutely everybody will feel comfortable at our property.
