The Space:

*Photos of all rooms and amenities will be added as soon as we finish furnishing and setting up this beautiful, newly constructed home! All descriptions are accurate for this future offering, set to be fully furnished and ready for rent by early March 2023. This space will be stylish and fun for your friends and family to enjoy a coastal, beach-forward atmosphere.*

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

-The Blue Room: the primary bedroom features a king bed and an attached, custom bathroom with a walk in shower.
-The Yellow Room: the second bedroom features a queen bed and two end tables.
-The Green Room: the third bedroom includes two queen beds and one shared end table.
-There is a shared full bathroom and shower between bedrooms two and three.
-Both bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels.

Other Spaces in the Home:

-The kitchen is equipped with an oven, large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full sets of pots and pans, standard spices and more.
-The living room features a couch and two chairs, as well as a 75-inch smart TV set up with a sound bar and subwoofer.
-The laundry room features brand new washer and dryer machines, eqiupped with detergent for your stay as needed.
-There is also dining room table and outdoor seating areas with plenty of space for your family and friends to enjoy.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the house and amenities. In addition to the overview of the space and the quality of this brand new home, this location and the amenities we offer will set your experience apart!

Sunnyside Getaway

In town for grandson’s baseball tournament. The host was very accommodating regarding our length of stay and very responsive to questions. This is a new house, very clean and roomy, located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything including the beach. So much better than a resort condo.
