The two of us and our dog stayed for about 10 weeks from Dec ‘23 to Feb ’24. We were the second guests to stay in this newly-built rental which is open, spacious, well equipped and beautifully designed. Very nice that everything in the home was brand new! The beds were very comfy as was the furniture. Due to extensive rainy weather, we were unable to enjoy the outdoor furniture but were able to make regular use of the new propane BBQ which was supplied at our request prior to our arrival. The grounds were nicely landscaped with a large backyard, in a quiet, friendly & safe neighborhood. The provided golf cart & bikes were a nice feature. The beach is a pleasant 8-min walk from the house. The management team offered timely communication & support & was generally responsive to getting issues resolved. For a new house, we were surprised there was an ant infestation. Pest control was sent promptly & had to return every 3-4 weeks. The backyard, while fenced on the back & sides, was open to the front on both sides, contrary to what was advertised & assured (fully fenced) when we asked for confirmation prior to booking, as it was a deciding factor in choosing this rental since we had our dog with us. This issue was not rectified during our stay, which was disappointing. We would rate this rental experience with 5-stars had the ants not been an issue & had the yard been fully fenced. Notwithstanding, this was a satisfying rental experience & we recommend this property to others.

A 5-star experience with a breathtaking location, well-kept amenities, and top-notch service.

My recent stay at this property with my family marked one of our most enjoyable beach vacations to date. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for an extraordinary experience. The house itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essential amenities. I was particularly pleased to find a fully furnished kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own meals. The generously sized living room provided the perfect sanctuary for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was just a short 5-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient. Davis and his team were exceptional, and consistently responsive to our needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Throughout our vacation, we felt not only welcomed but also cared for. It was truly a 5-star rating for its breathtaking location, meticulously maintained facilities, and top-notch service. This 5-star experience was a dream come true, and we are eagerly looking forward to our next stay at this remarkable property.
