About this property

Welcome to Pinetree Paradise, a spaciou shome nestled in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Powell & the white sandy beaches of PCB! This pet-friendly home sleeps 12 & features a fenced-in back yard, outdoor swing, & gas grill for your enjoyment. The home also has Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, washer & dryer, & is just one mile to public beach access 95! Bring the whole family down to enjoy the freshwater fun of the lake, soak in the sun at Carillon Beach or explore Camp Helen State Park nearby.

This is a single-level home that is spacious for your whole family! The master bedroom has a queen bed with an attached en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with queen beds as well as a room with two sets of twin bunk beds. The living room also has a sleeper sofa for your use. There is an additional full bathroom as well.

You have access to the entire home, including the gas grill outside and the garage. You will receive the garage door keypad code with your check-in information prior to arrival.

Pinetree is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. You are very close to the beach (1 mile to public beach access 95), Lake Powell, Carillon Beach (great spot for shopping & good eats), just a few minutes to Publix & Winn Dixie, shopping, & attractions at both Pier Park & 30A. You are also a short drive to the airport as well!

**Please note that we only provide starter packs for your stay (dish pod, laundry pod, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for providing anything beyond the starter supply.**
There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. Great location and very spacious

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very spacious for 7 people and we were able to bring our dogs which was a plus. Neighbors were super nice. House was clean and met expectations. Communication was clear and prompt. We plan on coming back again soon.
