Our modern townhome is located in the heart of the music and art district in downtown Bentonville. Steps away from the Momentary and Greenway bike path access. The main house is comprised of 3 levels and has 2 primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a 3rd floor bonus room that sleeps 2 along with a rooftop terrace lounge/dining area overlooking downtown Bentonville. Above the detached garage is a 400 SF studio apartment with the same impeccable design as the main house.

Great family getaway spot

Loved this house. The third floor patio and location were particularly good, but we loved the whole house. Very comfy. Very easy with two kids (a one year old and a 4 year old). They even had the same pack n'play that we do, and while we normally use our own, everything was so clean we bypassed lugging ours out of the car. Great coffee/bottle shop across the street. Was easy for us to bike over to the trails around Crystal Bridges. Host could not have been nicer.

Fantastic Stay!

House was fresh, bright, clean and beautifully decorated. High-end design and finishes complement the modern architecture and comfortable furnishings. Location was a perfect balance between downtown and the 8th St district. Above garage apartment worked perfectly for our multi-family stay and the roof-top patio was a fun getaway. The property manager was very responsive and we can't wait to return.
