Great property in Brewster

We had an excellent stay at this 2br 2bth property in Brewster. The condo was clean, in a great location w/ great amenities, and very comfortable for a long weekend away on the Cape. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay!

Great host! Very attentive. Great location including access to beach, golf, town. Property is cute and what I would classify as good enough. Recommend adding a dehumidifier as it was humid and a bit musty in spots. Simple fix.

Located away from most sight seeing spots and poor cell service

The house did its job. It slowed us a space to stay and come together as a family. However, there was multiple problems with this property 1. The house smelled of mold and mildew. 2. There was a large divot in the floor by the kitchen which the property manager/owner did not disclose to me until the evening before our trip. It was large and I almost tripped multiple times. Not safe for young kids. This likely resulted in a leak. 3. Not enough towels, and no washcloths. This was not addressed by the owner. 3. No closet door in the master bedroom. A shower curtain or curtain was in its place and fell 4. Not enough pillow cases Very small bathrooms 5. Carpets not well cleaned. 6. Patio door hard to open. 7. No pool for the kids 8. Hard to cool rooms. Only an AC in the living room and main bedroom. 2nd bedroom was 74 degrees F. Very humid and uncomfortable Things we liked: Great table for playing games you brought or games that were provided. We loved this A list of local places to walk to or drive for breakfast and dinner Easy to reach the owner Loved the bedroom space for my 3 kids. Comfortable and cute! Easy parking!! Easy entrance!
