Available Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec and January. Booked Feb thru April.. Beautiful mid century 2 bedroom/2bath 1545 s.f. home at gated/guarded Seven Lakes Country Club in Palm Springs. Home has high ceilings, natural light, beautiful mountain views and a piano. This home is usually rented to repeat guests each season. Seven Lakes has an 18 hole executive golf course and a wonderful Clubhouse with restaurant and lounge/bar. House overlooks walkway and is surrounded by beautiful trees and other homes. Several houses away from one of 15 pools/spas.

We have owned this unit for 20 years. We use it several weeks per year. Most of our renters are repeat customers who have come back year after year. It's delightful and comfortable and a pleasure to stay at.

Why they chose this property

This property is really comfortable. High ceilings and mountain top views from most rooms; abuts walkway/greenway and it is pleasant to see neighbors and dog walkers passing by. Just steps to pool and barbecue area. We recently added a piano, wall mounted TV, new refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and upgraded guest bathroom.

What makes this property unique

This property has mountain views from almost every room and delightful views of the greenways and walkways. Just a few houses from one of the 15 pool/spa/barbecue areas.
