This is a condominium, so guests will need to fill out the application, approval takes about a week. 3 MONTHS REQUIRED DURING WINTER MONTHS.

Very convenient shopping, restaurants and the YMCA are just minutes away. The condo was fine, not super clean. Im sure we left it cleaner than we found it. The TV situation was a joke. We could barely get a local channel, and, all we had to pick from was a couple of apps and everything was old and repeats, movies from years ago when we could get the tv to work. The internet was a joke, had to unplug and reset it all the time. Couldn't watch any normal tv for 2 months. We really got no help when we complained about it. I will never stay there again unless that problem is repaired and normal tv is available. People around us were great, our neighbor downstairs was great, thats what makes it so sad. Liked the place alot but won't be back. TV situation was very aggravating to say the least. It was quite cold for Florida so there were days we stayed in, good tv would have been nice!

Hi Denise, I am sorry for the issues. It turned out that my router was not working properly, but the internet company never mentioned it to me that it was an option. As to the cleaning part, I have been renting this place for a while and I get nothing but great reviews. Even people now would like to book it for next year. The tv issue is fixed.
